The House
We want to offer a calm and relaxing atmosphere to passing travelers as well as to tenants of long stays.

Our house is spacious and comfortable , with solar air conditioning, swimming pool, wifi and parking.
This house is not suitable for families, as there is no protection or equipment for children.

The house is divided into 2 parts, each with an entrance gate.
​
Part 1 :
In the large courtyard without vis-à-vis, is the swimming pool. The "Tucan" room (1 to 2 people) and the "Lapa" studio (1 to 3 people) side by side, on one side overlook the pool terrace through their French window and on the other side on the back of the house.

Part 2 :
Two rooms (1 to 2 people) "Colibri" and "Palomita" share the large living room and the kitchen.
In the 2nd part is also our accommodation (with our own kitchen and bathroom).

The house is located in a quiet residence, close to Quebrada Ganado (playa Agujas) and Punta Leona (playa Mantas and playa Blanca ) in the canton of Garabito (region of Jacò).
Access is easy by car or bus.
You can easily go by car:
- in Jacò , famous for surfing and nightlife (20mn)
- at Carara Park and Tarcoles to see the crocodiles (15mn)
- in Playa Herradura and the Los Suenos marina (15mn)
- in Playa Hermosa and its gigantic waves (25mn)
Only 1h15 from San José airport, it is ideal to spend your first night in Costa Rica or to make a practical stopover on the road to Manuel Antonio.
Welcome to our house !
Nick & CladÃ: we are a French couple and we have been living in Costa Rica since 2018. We rent studios and rooms in the house in which we live.
Nick is a mental coach, he works on the internet. He specializes in poker players because he himself is passionate about MTT PLO online.
Cladà is a trained guide-lecturer. She enjoys learning and sharing what she has learned. We love traveling, meeting people and discovering things. We love to cook good things and discover new recipes.
We have 2 cats. We are discreet but we remain available to give you advice in order to visit this magnificent country in good conditions. We are fluent in French, we can also communicate with you in Spanish, English and Italian.
